This role will be responsible for the management of a dedicated portfolio of residential and rural properties, maintaining a customer database, and building strong relationships with our landlords, tenants, and trades. Responsibilities include:Liaise with landlords and develop relationships, ensuring effective management of their investmentMaintain communication and relationships with tenantsOrganise repairs and maintenance work orders and liaise with tradespeopleConduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections and prepare conditions reportsMaintain and minimise rental arrearsProcess rental applications and sign up new tenantsCarry out rent reviews and lease renewalsKeep informed of relevant changes to legislation and communicate these changes within your portfolioSkills and experienceWhile previous experience in property management is desirable, we will provide full training and support for the right candidate. What is really key is a positive can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
