Executive Assistant to the DVC STEM CollegeOverview:Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) of the STEM College.Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects that align with the strategic and operational goals of the STEM College.Full-time, ongoing appointment based at the City Campus but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University.About The RoleExecutive Support: Provide high-level administrative and secretarial assistance to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) of the STEM College, including managing diaries and emails.Project and Operational Support: Engage in STEM College projects that align with its strategic and operational plans. You will contribute to the execution of these projects and work closely with the College Operations team.International Coordination: Organise and coordinate international travel, engagements, and events, ensuring that logistical details are taken care of for the DVC and other key personnel.Communication Support: Assist with the communications and knowledge management needs of the DVCs office, including maintaining the intranet and developing newsletters.Cross-Campus Collaboration: Work across different campuses as required, assisting in the coordination of meetings, planning days, and supporting international events.This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and providing seamless support to the DVC.
