The role involves providing high levels of project, administrative, governance and business support to the OPH Service Director. Through planning, coordinating and preparing project documentation, you will support the Service Director to successfully implement new strategies and initiatives.This role reports to the OPH Service Director.What we are looking forWe are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in project support, ideally within a health setting. Someone with great communication and interpersonal skills, who can use their skills to interact with the wide range of stakeholders encountered in projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan and coordinate activities within timeframes and to the standards expected of WA Health. The hospital has 186 beds and employs over 596 staff who treat over 95,000 patients every year.OPH was opened in 1962 and is located in Stirling, 14 kilometres from the Perth central business district. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of specialist health care services for the north metropolitan suburbs.
