From one small club in Bendigo, Victoria, we have grown to over 70 clubs Australia-wide, plus in-club and online programs dedicated to empowering women to shine in all aspects of their lives.About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our National Support Office team in Melbourne to drive AI implementation and oversee system enhancements at Fernwood.This role is split equally between AI Innovation (50%) and System Projects (50%), ensuring our platforms, integrations, and reporting systems evolve with cutting-edge technology.Lead the implementation of AI within Fernwoods digital platforms, including:App (Members) Enhance user experience with AI-driven features.Website (Leads) Optimise lead generation through AI-powered solutions.Intranet (Staff) Improve internal efficiencies with AI automation.Reporting Leverage AI for data insights and business intelligence.Research and implement AI tools to improve engagement, automation, and decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and ensure seamless integration into business operations.Stay updated on AI trends and innovations to maintain Fernwoods competitive edge.System Projects (50%)Oversee the development, configuration, and enhancements of company systems to meet evolving business needs.Manage and implement reporting changes to improve efficiency and support business decision-making.Ensure seamless integration of third-party platforms, such as Exerp, Impact Data, Zipleads, Salesforce and optimise system performance.Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational workflows.Skills & experienceStrong understanding of AI technologies, automation, and digital transformation.Experience in managing system development, integrations, and reporting tools.Proficiency in data analytics and AI-driven decision-making.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to innovation and process improvement.Familiarity with CRM, lead management systems, and business intelligence tools.CultureFernwood Fitness is built around community.
