Add expected salary to your profile for insights.We are currently looking for an Estimator to join our New Homes team (Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes & Summit Homes) in Myaree. As a key member of the team, reporting to the Estimating Team Lead, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for new sales enquiries, ad hoc pricing for upgrades, and estimating product and material selections. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of company specifications and work closely with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of estimates and support the improvement of sales conversion rates.Your responsibilities will include producing contract documentation, preparing estimates for variations, resolving issues and queries during the enquiry stage with sales consultants, and providing realistic advice on budget issues. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are priced accurately and completed within the budget and time frame.About YouYou will have at least 12 months experience in residential construction estimating within Australia, with a strong understanding of Australian construction methods and materials. You will be highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with various stakeholders within the business.You will enjoy working within a team environment but also possess the ability to work autonomously. You will need to meet tight deadlines and timeframes, adapting quickly to changing demands.
