WHAT YOU''LL BE DOINGAs the Enforcement and Compliance Specialist, you will engage with Employers to manage non-compliance escalations that cannot be resolved through the Regulatory Compliance Team.You will:use tactics and tools to resolve more significant situations of Employer noncompliancefacilitate pre-legal strategies such as the issue of Section 52a notices and Regulatory penaltieswork within regulatory frameworks to determine when a litigation path is appropriate for Employer non-compliance, and support the Legal team with this process as requiredManage the review of all Employer requests relating to the remittance of Additional Levies, including engagement with internal and Employer stakeholders as required, to obtain all relevant information and documentation to support the decision-making processcommunicate the request to remit Additional Levies, based on documented process and business rules / guidelines, and escalate the request as required where a decision cannot be madereport on Employer non-compliance, remittance of Additional Levies, and Payment Plansmanage escalations relating to Employer disputes for Reimbursements and Additional Levies, and make recommendations regarding next steps, or develop a plan to resolve the dispute or non-compliancesupport internal stakeholders to resolve Employer disputes, and / or engage directly with Employers to manage the resolution planThis is a permanent role based in Newcastle.WHY WORK WITH US?As a Commonwealth Government entity that regulates portable long service leave, we are proud of the difference we make in the lives of hardworking Australians.
