The main focus will be on deploying printers, secure print software, and managed services related projects. It involves acting as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication of project updates, risks, and issues. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Manager Project Management Office.Main DutiesDefine, lead, plan, monitor, control, and deliver small to medium-sized customer projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality, meeting both customer and Canon expectations.Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication of project updates, risks, and issues.Track project expenses and ensure costs align with the approved project budget.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and effectively manage customer expectations.Assign tasks and manage team resources to ensure efficient allocation of project team members.Ensure project financials are settled and successfully handed over the project to business as usual.Monitor project risks and issues, escalating to the Project Manager as needed, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.About YouYou will possess a sound understanding of PMO frameworks and processes coupled with PMO Governance. Your business acumen and experience in hardware deployment projects is crucial to the functioning of this role.
