Always.We are St Vincents Health Australia, Australias largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services.Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operate public and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs.About the roleThe Patient Services Supervisor is responsible for delivering, monitoring and enhancing patient services within St Vincents Private Hospitals by supervising and managing the bookings, back office and admission functions for the Hospital, enabling the provision of high standards of patient care within the Philosophy, Mission and Values of the Sisters of Charity.The Supervisor coordinates and supervises the day-to-day Administration processes and performs hands-on administrative and clerical duties to ensure all services are delivered within the scope of practice by adhering to the policies and procedures of SVPHS and St Vincents Health Australia.The role requires a thorough understanding of the hospital administration from bookings, admissions, and discharge processes. Has Health Funds policies and Informed Financial Consent knowledge. Is able to manage ones self and the staff to create a transformational leadership environment.
