Reporting to the Board Chair and working in collaboration with the whole Board, as a Non-Executive Director you will;Strategic Oversight & Governance shape the organisations strategic direction while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.Risk & Financial Management identify and mitigate risks while overseeing financial performance, including budgets and forecasts.Policy & Performance Evaluation develop and review organisational policies and assess the performance of the Board, directors, and CEO.Leadership Support & Mentorship guide and mentor the executive team to enhance leadership effectiveness.Community & Stakeholder Engagement leverage networks to support and promote the organisations purpose.About YouUPA are seeking a number of purpose-driven and impact-focused leaders to join their Board and enhance the prosperity of the organisation.
