As the consulting arm of a larger Group with a strong foundation, the organisation is positioned for significant growth.To continue their drive for further strategic expansion, the organisation is now looking to appoint a General Manager to lead its next chapter of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer of the larger Group, the General Manager will set and execute the division''s growth strategy, lead and support the team, enhance service offerings, and expand the firms presence in key industry sectors.You will develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability. This includes identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and overseeing operational excellence across multiple service lines. Additionally, you will lead a team of consultants and sales professionals, nurturing strong client relationships and fostering a high-performance culture.The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior leadership experience from a technology consulting, systems integration, or professional services consulting environment. You will have demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing P&Ls, and leading diverse teams through periods of change. You must possess strategic insight, strong commercial acumen, and proven experience developing scalable, efficient business frameworks.Culture fit is key.
