For Life."Permanent full-time positionExpanding ASX listed global medical technology companyGreat culture, dynamic and agile environmentWhat you will doThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the Senior Manager to lead and mentor the team. You will support and supervise all aspects of the manufacturing and production process of our medical devices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Provide engineering support for new and existing productsLead, coach and develop a team of engineersRepresent Manufacturing at cross functional meetingsSupport fast response line activities, product and process issues as required.Lead manufacturing verification, validation, qualification, and implementation activitiesProvide engineering support to new and existing product roadmapsMaintain production equipment and technical documentationDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, cost, capacity, and routing timeWhat you will bringWe are seeking an engineering leader with a background in manufacturing within a highly regulated industry, ideally med tech or pharmaceuticals. You will be a pragmatic problem solver who can take the lead and drive fast-paced, cross-functional projects. You will also be someone who enjoys sharing skills and knowledge to support the development of other engineers.Bachelors degree in engineering, ideally Mechatronics or ElectricalMinimum of 3 years experience in a senior engineer role in a fast-paced environmentExperience in medical devices or other highly regulated industry involving electromechanical devicesExceptional problem-solving skills, knowledgeable with Problem Solving MethodologyExperience in creating and maintaining equipment such as jigs, tools and fixtures through calibration & maintenanceA passion for lean manufacturing and continuous improvementAbout NanosonicsWe are an ASX listed global medical device company specialising in infection prevention technology.
