ResourceCo are seeking an Operations Supervisor to mentor and lead our superstar team of Transport Allocators.In this newly created position, you will be working alongside our Regional Manager, playing a pivotal role in building on the contractual relationships for our organisation.With plenty of resources available to you, including support from other ResourceCo Operations Supervisors and leaders across the country, you will be given all the tools you need to succeed!In your new role with us, you will be:Providing a professional, consistent and effective service to customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholdersTake a leading role in ensuring our subcontractor fleet are fully compliant with NHVR Regulations and COR regulationsAssisting in the recruitment of new Quad Dog subcontractor drivers in order to grow the ResourceCo contractor databaseSupporting a highly functioning team by promoting a hands-on, people-focused, and inclusive approach to workplace culture and collaborative work stylesDeliver excellent customer service to the businesss customers who include both importing and exporting of clean & contaminated waste materials as well as outgoing product customersSuitable candidates will have:Sound experience in fleet allocation/scheduling within the transport, civil construction or earthmoving industry (primarily with Quad Dogs/Truck & Trailers)Experience in a leadership roleHave an understanding of NHVR and COR compliance requirementsAbility to prioritize workflowsStrong people leader qualities including strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills people centred support approachWho we are:ResourceCo is a global leader in the recovery and re-manufacturing of primary resources, with operations spanning Australia and South-East Asia.
