This work is a critical component to the firms success, and ensuring the firm maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients.Key StakeholdersAdelaide Partners and Senior LawyersCMG Head of Capital Markets and CorporateNational CMG team membersThe RoleA fantastic opportunity exists in Adelaide for a Market Growth Manager to develop and lead the implementation of client account management, business development activities and integrated marketing campaigns that support the firm''s growth ambitions.This role supports the Adelaide Office Managing Partner (OMP) and Partner group across all of the firm''s lines of business, collaboration with the national CMG team, lawyers, consultants and clients across all levels of seniority.This role is client driven with significant Partner interaction and coaching in support of the growth plans in place. This will include:Assisting with the client account growth initiatives for the local marketAssisting with proactive development of client and network relationships across both private and public sector entities to build a pipeline of work and lead responses to opportunitiesDriving strategic proposals and capability statementsSupporting business development activities across the lawyers and consultants by deepening clients relationship with client listening meetings, roundtables and networking eventsExecuting marketing strategies to enhance the MinterEllison brandWorking closely with the firm''s industry teams to facilitate cross selling opportunitiesAssisting with broader CMG team initiativesContinually seeking areas to innovate to enable more efficient processes and time management, with a focus on the application of Gen AI tools.More About YouYou will bring your professional services business development and client management experience, knowledge of working in a similar environment and capability to truly shape the role.
