The position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to strengthen our competitive position. Key duties include:Research and analyse the market to uncover potential business opportunities and client prospects across WA, SA, and NTDevelop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the customer baseEngage in proactive outreach to secure new clients, utilising methods such as networking, referrals, and direct engagementFoster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and business retentionWork closely with internal teams to streamline sales processes, address customer concerns, and enhance service deliveryRepresent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish key industry connectionsProvide regular insights on sales performance, emerging trends, and market activity to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-makingBENEFITSFully maintained company vehicle (inc fuel)Base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 base salary plus superWork from home, anywhere in Perth when you aren''t on the roadTools of tradeCANDIDATEIn order to be considered for this role you have existing business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in the automotive sector; if you''ve sold to automotive merchant resellers, distributors, mechanical works, panel beaters that would be great.
