Job Title : Loss Prevention ManagerDepartment : Loss PreventionReports to : General ManagerFLSA Status : ExemptDuties and Responsibilities include the following:Supervise and assist the loss prevention team.Monitor building activity after and during regular business hours as well as on the weekends.Complete patrols to ensure doors are locked and the building is secure.Monitor building environment for safety concerns and make necessary adjustments.Lock and unlock areas of the building depending on daily activities.Complete daily activity reports.Take reports on employee/guest incidents and injuries.Perform basic first-aid if needed.Monitor fire safety equipment.Assist with evacuation or other emergency situations.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
