Midland Brick is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to ensure our production machinery operates at peak efficiency. If you have a strong background in electrical maintenance, a passion for quality, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate electrical maintenance to ensure production reliability, quality, and efficiency.Prioritise electrical resources to meet production and maintenance targets.Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for continuous improvement.Maintain accurate breakdown and maintenance logs to meet legal and asset management requirements.Support the training and development of electricians and apprentices.Work closely with engineering and project teams to achieve goals and deadlines.Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean and organised workspace.Skills & ExperienceExperience in electrical maintenance within a production or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of electrical quality systems and troubleshooting techniques.Commitment to safety-first culture and compliance with OHS standards.Ability to set up, adjust, and optimize production machinery.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.About the CompanyThe iconic Midland Brick is one of BGC Australias well-known and trusted brands and supplies bricks, pavers, blocks and roof tiles to thousands of building and construction companies and individuals.
