You will provide financial analysis, advice, and reporting to EML Groups senior leaders and executives, working to improve decision-making and drive business performance. Key accountabilities will include development and implementation of KPIs across key functions, plus business support and analysis that enhances decision-making across the business.The role will be based in Melbourne, Australia, and you will perform these duties under the direction of the Group FP&A Manager.Key responsibilities include:Support functional leaders with insightful financial planning, analysis, and decision-making located in the UK/Europe, USA, and Australia. This will require some flexibility in working across time zones (within reason).Production of monthly management reporting, annual budgets, and forecasts.Drive development of KPIs by partnering with functional leaders and their teams. Promote the use of the company''s business intelligence system to provide insight into the performance of the business.Build strong working relationships and establish trust with the business.
