This key leadership role will oversee P&C business partnering across all functions, driving the execution of our strategic people plan to support Summerset''s business objectives.This is an 18-month maximum term contract position.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.Deliver the project milestones within the People workstream of the Cranbourne North Residential Aged Care Commissioning project.Partner with business leadership in selected strategic and key hiring processesLead pay and performance review processes.Provide guidance on employment relations and compliance.Champion diversity and inclusion in all people plans.Lead change management initiatives and promote continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in HR, Commerce, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Extensive P&C experience in fast-moving, complex environments.Proven experience in aligning P&C strategies with business needs.Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.Experience in aged care is an advantage.Why Join Us:A competitive remuneration packageFlexible working arrangementsNovated Leasing arrangementsBirthday leave to celebrate your growing wisdomSocial sports (you don''t actually have to be good at this part!!)Applications for this role close April the 4th. #J-18808-Ljbffr
