Technical Delivery LeadGreat Southern Bank is seeking a new Technical Delivery Lead on a 12-month max-term contract. As the Technical Delivery Lead, you will manage the end-to-end technical delivery for Great Southern Banks critical technology systems and production support (specifically Finance and HR systems). You will be a trusted advisor to business partners from across the Bank offering innovative technology solutions to solve business and customer problems.This position is located at our Brisbane CBD office, offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.Youll make an impact by:Partner with stakeholders, vendors and Platform Managers to deliver strategically aligned initiatives by taking end to end responsibility for technology delivery.Co-ordinate go live activities and facilitate development, maintenance, and implementation of system solutions through technology partners and internal IT service providers.Collaborate across delivery teams to manage and communicate inter-dependency risk, delivery timelines, business, and customer impacts.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of vendor quality processes, report on the outcomes and provide feedback in vendor relationship meetings.Manage operational relationships with Great Southern Bank technology partners, co-ordinating vendor governance through partner plans, monthly and quarterly meetings.Do things differently with usTo succeed in this role, you will have:Minimum of 5 years experience in a software delivery environment in a lead role10+ years IT experience ideally within software development, applications support or integrationStrong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholdersSound understanding of IT Service Management principles and practicesExperience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilising a variety of methodologiesExperience with vendor performance and relationship management ideally with Cloud partner or SaaS solutionsExperience in the Financial IndustrySound understanding of Organisational Change ManagementWhy Great Southern Bank?Whatever your role with us, youll be part of a force for good.
