Working shoulder to shoulder with your fellow Retail Assistants, Branch Manager, Area Manager and National Network Manager, youll confidently undertake a variety of tasks, from Warehousing to front-end customer sales.Heres what youll achieve hereYoull proudly represent the Lincoln Sentry Trade Network and deliver on our commitments to safety and customer service excellence.Youll aid in your stores cost management strategies through maintaining high productivity, efficient usage of storage space, and proper protection of stored materials.Youll uphold appropriate levels of housekeeping and maintenance to ensure your branch and warehouse reflects a professional appearance.Youll collaborate with our national teams to ensure procedures and transactional actions are followed through.Youll participate in creating a zero-harm work environment, for our customers and our team.What youll bringYoull need a current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher.Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).Although not essential, it would be great if you have...A Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence.Previous experience working in a Trade Retail environment or another relevant area.But whats most important is that youre committed to doing good work, well. Youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with trustworthy people, so its important that youre willing to work in a team environment.
