This role requires the successful applicant to operate the WTSS and ensure building and equipment security. They will assist with administrative duties including accounting for weapon simulators and controlled stores, as well as reports and returns as required.About our businessInVeris Training Solutions is a global leader in integrated live fire and virtual training solutions for military forces, law enforcement agencies, and commercial shooting ranges. We employ over 400 people globally.ExperienceThere is no set experience for this role; however, the ideal candidate will be computer literate given WTSS runs on the Windows operating system. Any experience in training, simulation, firearms, emergency services, or the military will be seen as desirable but not essential.High attention to detail.Efficiently managing workload within deadlines.Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Primary Duties:Perform administrative coordination for the site.Ensure all required reports are completed and submitted.Oversee the operations of the WTSS Facility.Leadership and mentoring of team members.Secure management and movement of simulated weapons and controlled stores into and out of the armoury, and securing the armoury at the end of the day.Carry out scheduled preventative, daily & monthly maintenance of the WTSS equipment.Perform minor repairs to the WTSS facility equipment under direction from the InVeris Technical Support Staff.The ability to safely lift/push/pull 5-40 kg loads regularly, seeking support as required.Must be a self-starter and able to work remote from head office in a military environment with minimal supervision.Additional requirementsSuccessful applicants must be suitable to gain a Defence Security clearance and a state firearms license.Role may require occasional travel around Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
