Meridian Aviation Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Stores and Technical Records Support Officer to join our in-house Maintenance & Repair Division, Turbine One. Based in Townsville, this exciting full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work closely with our engineering, procurement, and technical records teams, playing a key role in maintaining the ongoing airworthiness of our aircraft fleet.What Were Looking For:Proficiency in inventory management, processes, and procedures, including experience with online inventory management programs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and strong organisational capabilities.Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of collaborative teamwork.Proactive mindset with a drive to improve system efficiencies and processes.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.Identify opportunities for enhancing inventory and administration systems.Previous experience in a similar role within the aviation industry.Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements related to parts and storage practices.Key Responsibilities:Procure, receive, and store parts and supplies for aircraft maintenance, ensuring compliance with aviation standards.Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory levels.Process parts invoices, supplier documentation, and review aircraft maintenance documentation.Coordinate the movement of parts and reconcile freight accounts.Assist with maintenance scheduling, work pack creation, and logbook updates.Work closely with our team to ensure all parts received and work carried out comply with CASA regulations and manufacturer requirements.What We OfferA vibrant and supportive team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Long-term career opportunities in the aviation industry.The ability to contribute to vital aerial law enforcement and essential service tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
