Our rapid growth is testament to our ability to deliver quality project outcomes, safely and on time.Working with us youll learn from some of the brightest and smartest minds in the business, while delivering important projects throughout Australia and overseas, giving you the opportunity to gain access to unique experiences across a huge range of sectors, from gold to lithium and new energy.Find out what a career at Primero can do for you.ResponsibilitiesRoster: 2:1Comply with all Primero procedures, standards, and processes, while also identifying areas for improvement.Assist with the development of a detailed execution schedule(s) based on the scope of works.Assist with the development of comprehensive basis of schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and critical path information.Coordinate and maintain design and constructability reviews, and integration between disciplines and contractors in the design office and onsite.Contribute to planning meetings, understanding the interface and deliverables of package owners in the development process to validate the integrity of the plan, understand the key risk and opportunities.Identify, record, analyse, monitor, and report the impact of any deviations and or changes with focus on key drivers of deviations and early trends.Meet all role specific HSE responsibilities, accountabilities and KPIs as per the Primero HSE Management procedures and plans.Minimum RequirementsUniversity degree preferred (Engineering or similar discipline), but not essential.5-10 Years Experience in project planning essential.Experience with EPC Projects advantageous.Experience in Construction & Engineering, particularly in the Resources & Mining Industries.Demonstrated understanding of Critical Path analysis and Extension of Time claims.Strong statistical and analytical reporting skills.Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerBI.What we Can Do for you:Competitive CompensationContemporary RosteringFlexible Working ArrangementsHealth and Wellbeing SupportBenefits & DiscountsEmployee Referral RewardsIf you''re looking for a career where you experience more ''Can Do'', then we''re the team for you.APPLY NOWIf you believe you have what it takes and want to work for a company who puts its people first, please apply now.
