Our vision is to be Oceanias most trusted dairy company, driven by those that live and breathe dairy.About the OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join our Oceania business, based in Melbourne.Reporting to the GM People & Culture, Oceania, you will join a high performing and passionate team who are focused on delivering real business outcomes. You will play an active role in shaping our people & culture strategies across our Oceania business, and also play a pivotal role in executing this strategy, with primary focus supporting three of our Melbourne manufacturing sites - Tullamarine, Campbellfield, and Bayswater.This is a true strategic business partner role, focused on leading and influencing leaders to drive local outcomes aligned with our people strategy.Key areas of focus are:Talent, succession and workforce planningCulture, engagement and psychological safetyChange managementHigh performing teamsOur business partners work closely with our broader People & Culture teams, to ensure our business gets high quality end to end support. This includes collaborating with Talent Acquisition, People Solutions and Employee Relations teams as well as our Centres of Excellence.This role is based in our Richmond head office, with regular presence at our Bayswater, Campbellfield, and Tullamarine manufacturing sites.About YouWere excited about this opportunity and were looking for someone equally excited!
