As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process for various property development projects. You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and cost-effective designs that align with the companys vision and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the design process from concept development to construction completion.Generating scope of works for each consultants and engage the right consultants for the project.Manage the budget for the consultants cost.Oversee the work of architects, consultants, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure compliance with project objectives.Collaborate with development, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of design and execution.Ensure designs comply with local planning regulations, building codes, and industry standards.Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.Manage design budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet project timelines and financial constraints.Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within the design process to enhance project value.Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including clients, investors, and regulatory authorities, to align design outcomes with business goals.Identify and resolve design-related issues that may impact project performance.Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in property development and construction.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in design management within the property development or construction industry.Proven experience managing medium to large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.Strong understanding of building regulations, planning policies, and construction methodologies.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM technologies is an advantage.Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Salary Package: $120,000 Plus bonusSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesConstruction #J-18808-Ljbffr
