Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:High performing, diverse, inclusive, and supportive teamProudly making a difference with the transition to renewable energyThe OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Asset Management team as an Asset Development Lead overseeing the development of all new assets connecting to the Transgrid Network.As the Asset Development Lead, you will be accountable for the provision of specialist advice and lead the commercial and technical development across the entire asset lifecycle for new network developments. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders and external clients to develop optimised solutions and asset strategies for network developments across all aspects of the asset lifecycle.You will liaise with key external stakeholders including EnergyCo, VicGrid, AEMO, and internal stakeholders including Executive Managers, Lumea, Major Project teams, Asset Managers, Network Planning, and Delivery teams to achieve optimal network development and asset outcomes.About YouExtensive experience in High Voltage Substation and Transmission Line technical roles across the asset lifecycle, including concept development, design, construction, operations, and maintenanceDemonstrated experience in the application of risk management to support asset management decision making and regulatory complianceWorking knowledge in applying and managing the regulatory and compliance requirements relating to the asset management of high voltage transmission network, including the ISO55001 asset management systems, ENSMS, and AS5577Ability to apply both technical and commercial evaluation of options for network developments and input to financial modellingIn-depth knowledge in most of the functional substation, transmission line, and cable technical areas of design including network planning requirements, layout, insulation coordination, earthing, corona, clearances, induction, ratings, and specialist equipment.Recognition & RewardWe believe in providing our people personal, professional, and social benefits so that they can deliver their best work each and every day.
