This role blends payroll, and compliance, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with an accounting background who has transitioned into payroll. Key responsibilities include:Managing third-party payroll payments, including superannuation, PAYG, and payroll taxEnsuring compliance with EBAs, awards, and relevant legislationPerforming monthly payroll-related P&L and balance sheet reconciliationsOverseeing payroll compliance, including internal audits and reportingSupporting system enhancements and managing finance/payroll system integrationsProviding payroll reporting, analytics, and insights to business stakeholdersAbout your experienceWere looking for someone who is passionate about payroll accuracy and compliance in an ever-changing landscape.
