This is a newly created position to support the growth in our Australian business. Working within a global finance operations team who are committed to operational excellence and amplifying value, you can be assured its not a routine payroll environment.Based in Melbourne, you will be involved with the smooth operation of end-to-end payroll for the Australian business, which will include reporting, reconciliation, superannuation maintenance, and time tracking. This role will also require a good understanding of the AU Awards. You will liaise with internal stakeholders to help assist with queries.You will also be involved with end-of-year processing and reporting, as well as assisting with payroll projects as they come up.What well like about youYoull be experienced in significant-sized end-to-end payroll delivery in Australia, with a full understanding of processes such as Parental Leave, Terminations, salary sacrifice, leave calculations, and DataPay experience.Youre curious and enthusiastic to proactively upskill, remaining current and sharing knowledge in employment-related policy and regulations.
