We are on track to break records in 2025, making this the perfect time to join CreditorWatch.Our PurposeEmpower Australian businesses to trade confidently with their customers.Our MissionWe aim to be number one in our industry by delivering unique data insights and innovative products.Your Role & TeamThis is a pure B2B Business Development role responsible for the entire 360 sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new opportunities across our Corporate Segment, which includes businesses with an annual turnover of $25M-$250M.You will build out your patch and prospect list, taking prospects through a structured sales cycle that includes cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), facilitating meetings and demos, and onboarding new clients.This role reports directly to the NSW Sales Manager and offers hybrid working conditions from our Sydney CBD Office.Some of your responsibilities include:Prospecting and acquiring new business via outbound phone callsBooking demos with prospects (Teams and face-to-face)Conducting tailored discovery to propose appropriate solutionsUtilising Salesforce CRM to manage activity and forecastWorking autonomously to maintain a regular cadence of calls and meetingsAchieving revenue targets based on new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) salesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to drive customer engagement and satisfactionTraining newly onboarded customers to maximise utilisation and reduce churn riskOur ideal candidateTo be successful, you''ll have a few years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B tech space. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Resilience, ambition, and a nurturing approach are key.
