Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare ConstructionPosition- Assistant Superintendent Healthcare & Occupied Renovations2 LOCATIONS - Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg VirginiaOur client, a respected general contractor, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support healthcare and occupied renovation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take their career to the next level.What Youll Do:Assist in overseeing safety, quality, and scheduling on-site.Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain accurate project documentation, site cleanliness, and daily reports.Act as a key liaison between the field team, design team, and trade partners to resolve issues efficiently.Enforce safety protocols and infection prevention measures on healthcare projects.Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans, specs, and client expectations.Support logistics planning to minimize disruptions in occupied healthcare environments.Assist with punch list management and project closeout to deliver high-quality results.What You Bring:At least one completed healthcare construction project (examples could include renovations in a hospital, dental or healthcare tenant fitouts, ground up construction of a hospital or clinic, medical equipment upgrades, etc)2-4 years of field supervision experience (occupied renovations, mission-critical, or healthcare preferred).Strong organizational and communication skills.Familiarity with Procore, MS Excel, MS Project, and other construction management tools.OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).Why Join?Work on technical, high-impact projects in the healthcare sector.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.Be part of a company that values collaboration, integrity, and excellence.Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project Management and ManagementIndustries: Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
