This role is located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.RESPONSIBILITIESAs an integral part of the Jacqui E team, this role is required to manage and deliver all VM Briefs to our stores while keeping the customer front of mind.Setting up and delivering the VM and window communication brief to the store networkPreparing layout and artwork for monthly VM Brief and Point of SaleCoordinating all print and production elements of the windows and VMLiaising with the buying and planning teams to support creating the VM direction for the businessCommunicating all VM related information throughout the businessManaging queries from store about VM and providing effective feedbackDressing and photographing window mock upsMerchandising stores within Melbourne/photographing set ups for VM communicationSKILLS & EXPERIENCEDemonstrated experience in a similar role or worked within VM in a high volume, fast-paced retail environmentKnowledge and demonstrated experience working with Mac programs - In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator as well as Excel.Ability to work at pace, prioritise your workload and have great attention to detailHave clear communication skills and a confident articulatorBe creative and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability to change with a proactive approach that is solution basedPERKSGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environmentEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growthCoffee lover?
