Make your mark here!This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Venue Manager at the Kirribilli HotelWhat youll do:Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat youll need:Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they loveOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiencesProven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venueAbility to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and visionStrong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisationIndustry licences and accreditation i.e. gaming licence, RSA/RSG/RCG, wagering accreditation.
