Our team plays an integral role in setting up Culture Amps long-term strategy and delivering strategic projects in partnership with the business that accelerates Culture Amps growth. Some of the highlights include:Delivering our long-term company strategyDesigning and facilitating Exec strategy workshops and senior leadership strategy offsitesCreating and implementing a global company quarterly business reviewDriving end-to-end deal execution and integration of our People Analytics productConducting regional market analysis to inform our go-to-market strategyDelivering macroeconomic and HR market insights to inform leadership decisionsOnce youre in the seat, you will:Conduct internal and external research to deliver insights to sharpen our strategyPartner with the Strategy Leads to refine and communicate our strategic viewpoint and company narrative to different audiencesCollaborate with senior leaders to deliver high impact and multi-faceted projects in close partnership with product and GTM teamsCultivate strong relationships with Exec and senior leaders across the businessOversee and optimize the companys operating rhythmWhat You Bring to Our Camp:You have 4+ years of experience in strategy at a consulting firm or within an internal strategy or corporate development functionYou have the mindset of a future COO, and have a penchant for designing pragmatic and right-sized strategy processes as the business growsYou can build high-quality artefacts and templates to support and guide teams with strategic prioritisation and planningYou make clear, structured communications with Exec and leaders to create a case for changeYou are an all-rounder who is excited about taking on unique challenges and projectsYou can analyse data to draw executive-level insights and formulate and own decisions under uncertaintyYou are intellectually curious about business and preferably have an interest in studying how hyper-growth SaaS or growth-stage companies operate at scaleWe believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success.
