Address guest feedback, manage complaints, and actively engage with guests to enhance their experience.Financial & Operational Performance: Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, control costs, and work closely with the Revenue and Finance teams to maximize profitability. Utilize financial insights to anticipate business needs and address operational challenges.Safety & Compliance: Ensure the hotel meets all regulatory and safety standards. Maintain a safe environment for both guests and team members, and champion workplace health and safety initiatives.Brand Ambassadorship: Bring the Hotel Indigo brand to life by infusing local culture and personality into every guest experience.
