We are committed to always provide value back to our audience and our team through high-quality content.Who You Are:Our team is seeking a talented and creative Minecraft Animator who can use McHorses Blockbuster and Aperture mods to animate vanilla and non-vanilla storyboards and scripts to bring them to life whilst integrating content that is relevant and up to date with the latest trends in Childrens, Minecraft, Internet, and Popular Culture.Your Responsibilities and Skills: Animate in the Vanilla style both using custom camera paths via Aperture and from first-person perspective in a way that cannot be differentiated from standard Minecraft gameplay. Example: Animate in the Vanilla style, whilst incorporating unrealistic and meme to enhance viewer engagement. Example: Animate in the Clean style; a stylised, cartoon animation style. Example: Analyse key YouTube metrics and analytics (including AVD, CTR, Impressions, AVP, etc) to determine successful content elements and identify areas for improvement. Take initiative and improve on the script and instructions given to you either by enhancing the animation, cameras or by adding in additional background elements as Easter Eggs as additional points of engagement. Requirements: Full and in-depth understanding of vanilla and modded Minecraft Experience and moderate understanding of McHorses Blockbuster and Aperture Mod Experience with creating and animating custom models Experience with animating facial expressions and rigs in Blockbuster. Ability to meet and understand deadlines. Ability to understand feedback and act on it.
