In this key role, you will own and manage difficult projects and programs that standardize and optimize Security and Loss Prevention processes across International markets.Key job responsibilitiesOwn and drive difficult projects and programs supporting organisational development and change management with a strong emphasis on standardising and optimising processes.Support projects and programs related to people management, professional and organisational development, continuous improvement, change management, restructuring, standardising, and optimisation.Ensure all your programs and initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives and meet all relevant regulatory, legal, and labour requirements.Collate and inspect data, track and report milestones, and present findings through weekly and monthly business reports.Act as the lead for project management approaches and ensure consistent use of project management solutions and standards.A day in the lifeAs a Program Manager on the PMOS team, you will join a team of professionals supporting the Security and Loss Prevention team with organizational growth. You will demonstrate a high degree of ownership, have a bias for action, and be responsible for your own work stream. Your implemented solutions will be realistic, standardized, optimized, and where possible automated.
