Join us in making a difference!The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a passion for aged care to join our Residential Facility at Parry Care Centre in Lesmurdie. The role is permanent Part-Time working 35 hours per fortnight.Week 1 & 2Thursday: 2200-0715Friday: 2200-0715Key responsibilities:Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessmentsSafely administer medication to residentsAssist with falls management and preventionImplement safe practice of care plans directed by the Registered NurseSupport and supervise care staffDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills in relation to Residents, Families, Staff and other Health ProfessionalsComply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance to Aged Care Standards and Risk ManagementAbout youYou are passionate about providing holistic care to aged care residents and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment alongside healthcare professionals.
