DAI aids government agencies to find solutions to complex challenges through analytics and provide policy and business advice on how to manage, use and publish data.Why your role mattersThis role is within the Open Data Office, a part of the Data Discovery and Open Data team. The purpose of this role is to support, at a whole-of-government level, Queensland Government Departments, and statutory bodies, to fulfill their open data publishing responsibilities in line with relevant policy. You will contribute to Queensland Government open data portal (data.qld.gov.au) continuous improvement activities including analysis, system design, project tasks, testing and change management.You will work closely with the Manager, Open Data Office and, more broadly, work collaboratively with Data Discovery and Open Data team members towards the achievement of team objectives, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to the broader objectives of transparency and data-driven decision making.The work you do has a ripple effect far beyond your immediate role.
