HammondCare provides care primarily through hospitals, residential care homes and home-based care as well as services for dementia support, community palliative care, rehabilitation, positive aging and older persons mental health.The opportunityThe Employee Relations Manager provides strategic and commercial employee and industrial relations advice across the full range of ER/IR activities and is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Employee Relations and People Advisory team.
