Sales Associate in Real Estate - The opportunity to gain 10 years of experience in 2 years. (Experience in real estate sales is required for this role)I have a fabulous client base that refers me often, and I am now getting too busy to handle all the inquiries directly. To maintain high service levels and ensure that no stone is left unturned, I need someone to manage buyer inquiries and prospect new listings that come in daily.This position is:Part admin - you need to be great on the computer.Part prospecting - You need to not be afraid to pick up the phone.We will train you completely in the role.What I need is the right attitude and hunger from you, and we can do the rest.This role involves listing and selling residential property, and a certificate in real estate would be a plus.So, you will need to be prepared to:Work hard, sometimes after hours, as part of an elite sales team.Love the idea of working with buyers and sellers.Want to further your skills in selling and negotiating.Have the ability to handle rejection when prospecting, cold calling, and door knocking.If you are already in the business but not quite getting there, if you want to eventually end up listing and selling on your own account but need the grounding, or if you are simply someone who would love the chance to work in this exciting business at this level, call me.It may be 15 minutes on the phone that could change your life. #J-18808-Ljbffr
