Location: St Peters NSW, SydneyStart Date: Mid March 2025Contract Term: 12 months initially, with the hope of a long-term arrangementPay: $35-$40 per hour (inclusive of super)Days and Hours:2 days per week 8.30am to 5.00pmFamily is flexible with days, either Monday & Tuesday (preference) or Tuesday and Wednesday.A loving family in St Peters, Sydney, is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and caring nanny to support their 2 children (2 yr old girl and 6 yr old boy).About YouThe family is looking for a nanny who is:Warm, engaging, and positiveGenuinely enjoys being with childrenYour Responsibilities & Typical DayA typical day will vary but may include:Engaging Activities Planning and leading fun, educational activities that spark creativity and learning.Naptime Assisting with the 2-year-olds nap (typically 12:30-2:30 PM) while following the familys routine.Meal Prep & Organisation Preparing and organising healthy snacks and lunch for the 2-year-old.School Pick-Up Picking up the older child from school at 3:10, 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive (driving preferred but not essential, a car is provided).Light Child-Related Housework Helping with tidying play areas, changing bed sheets, and folding kids laundry to keep things organised and comfortable.Requirements3+ years working as a nanny or in child care.Early Childhood qualification preferred.Current First Aid Certificate.Current Working With Childrens Check.Basic cooking skills able to assist with simple snacks, baking, and meal prep for the children.Non-smoking.Full Drivers Licence No need for own car; a family vehicle is provided.Up-to-date with COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.Additional InformationThe family has a friendly 8kg Boston Terrier (14 years old) who mostly sleeps in the sun.The mother works from home but respects the nannys autonomy in managing the childrens routine.The family values kindness, independence, and creating a nurturing environment for their children.If youre a nurturing, energetic, and pro-active nanny looking for a fulfilling role, wed love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
