With expertise in professional, collegiate, and high school facilities, SCG Fields handles all phases of turf jobs from excavation to maintenance.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Contract Administrator role located in Greater Cleveland. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for contract management, procurement, and communication related to sports field construction projects.Responsibilities:Understand bonding requirements per project based on contract languageIssue and maintain weekly Job Cost Reports for all projects in all regions with weekly summaryAttend all Project Team calls in all regionsDirectly handle all ComputerEase entries for subcontracts, purchase orders, etc. for assigned projectsIssue purchase orders for materials with assistance from the Project Management teamsOversee rental cost analysis as invoices are received and complete final rental analysis during closeout phaseNotify accounting dept at project start for issuance of NOC/NOF and other project-specific accounting itemsManage the job costing system, assist Project Manager with job cost analysis, issue weekly job cost reportsCreate OneNote job from Template and complete assigned tasksManage the contract execution process and collect all signaturesCompile, issue, enter, and reconcile change ordersCreate, draft, and issue purchase ordersOrganize and update OneNote tasksSecure and maintain all documents required for Subcontractor complianceReview and process Subcontractor and Vendor payment applicationsManage Project Closeout administrative duties for all assigned projectsActive in administrative development of new and existing SCG EmployeesQualificationsAnalytical SkillsExperience in ProcurementAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsKnowledge of construction contracts and legal termsBachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related fieldSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesRecreational Facilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
