Bayliss Electrical Group is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of conduct and service delivery.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in our Office located in Wangara on a full-time basis. As a project manager you will be responsible for leading commercial construction and fit-out projects and will be working with the management team to deliver multiple projects on time and on budget as well as establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.In addition, some of your key tasks will include:Lead and manage the project teams allowing successful project delivery.Managing the pre-award of upcoming projects and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.Identifying, assessing, and managing project commercial, business, community, and environmental risks.Ensuring project controls and reporting responsibilities are put in place.Delivering projects on or under budget, on or ahead of schedule in accordance with quality and performance requirements without injury.Ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve the project time and quality objectives at optimal cost.Bayliss Electrical Group offers a large variety of work within the business which provides staff with various career paths and room to grow, develop and learn within the business.Experience & Qualifications:To be successful in this position you must have at least 2+ years experience as a project manager safely delivering electrical construction projects.
