Support the RAM Services quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems by:Reporting to your Supervisor or QHSE Adviser any situation that could result in harm to a person, the environment or may adversely affect the services we provide our customers.Reporting to your Supervisor or QHSE Adviser any opportunities that you believe would improve the quality of service we provide our customers or could reduce the potential for harm to people or the environment.Understanding and supporting the annual QHSE objectives.To immediately pause, STOP or make safe any work condition or activity that could result in immediate harm. Immediately notify either by phone or in person the responsible line manager and the QHSE adviser.CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPSCommunicate with internal and external customers on a day-to-day basis, to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern, and identify variations or additional work.OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCESupport other trades, teams and service providers to execute work in compliance with safety requirements, task instructions and supervisor direction.Be pro-active in identifying solutions and improvements to tasks and activities.PEOPLE AND TEAMSMaintain a high level of communication and cooperative working relationships with all parties including field-based workers and office-based staff.OTHERUndertake other tasks to support the project or business operations as required.Desired Skills and ExperienceSELECTION CRITERIA:ESSENTIALS:High Risk License Fork LiftSite based experience in construction industry, maintenance in an industrial environment or heavy industry.White Card (construction site card)Ability to communicateGood organizational skills, work ethic and personal initiative.Ability to work independently or within a small team.DESIRABLE:Working at HeightsLVR & CPR QualificationHigh Risk License EWP, Cranes, Dogging, Rigging ETC #J-18808-Ljbffr
