IM Solutions is a small business ($2M) located on the Space Coast of Florida just minutes from beautiful east coast beaches.IM Solutions is searching for an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV/IT, Engineering and Service/Maintenance departments with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal Operations Manager will have strong leadership skills, experience in technology-based project management, entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit and a commitment to upholding our company''s core values.Reports to: Chief Technology OfficerKey Responsibilities:Operations ManagementCoordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis.Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.Customer Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.Team Leadership and Development:Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.To Achieve Top-Level Success, You Will Need To:Support, contribute, and comply with the companys entrepreneurs operating system (EOS)Align with the Core Values of IM SolutionsWork well under pressure and maintain the highest standards of integrity and teamsmanshipEssential Duties You''ll Need to Fulfill:This is a partial list.
