This is a 12 month contract with a view to go permanent.Responsibilities include:Provide advice and manage all employee relations matters in line with Architectus policies, employment legislation, and with Principal, People & Learning oversight.Proactively anticipate upcoming people resourcing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment.Support talent management across your client group, increasing capability, managing performance, and supporting learning initiatives.Contribute to the development of People policies, ensuring compliance with the relevant modern awards.Support the Principal, People & Learning and People Partners to deliver the National People Advisory plan contributing to strategic initiatives and programs.Preparation of routine People Advisory reporting including People metrics, tenders, or legislative requirements.Use data insights to inform strategic decision-making and highlight areas for improvement.Support the development and upskilling of junior staff in the people team.About YouWe look forward to welcoming someone with previous advisory experience, who thrives in collaborative environments and builds strong relationships across teams to deliver impactful results:Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline.2+ years previous experience in an advisory role.Natural passion and curiosity for all things people and learning.Natural strength in communication, both written and verbal including confidence in presenting information to a diverse group of stakeholders.Can build rapport easily and have a general interest in getting to know people.Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and the ability to navigate modern awards with confidence, provide sound advice and manage complexity.
