Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.This role will be responsible for all stores across Victoria and requires regular visitation to sites.Your key responsibilities will include:Manage day-to-day operations while developing strategies and business plans.Regularly review KPI and performance reports to achieve the best standard of delivery.Be the point of escalation and provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors working within the region.Liaise with all key stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities to ensure the field workforce is compliant with licensing and regulatory requirements.Conduct audits verifying maintenance activities performed are in accordance with agreed scope and are 100% compliant with safety, risk assessment, etc.Manage all landlord and property-related issues ensuring sites are safe and fully operational.Effectively manage minor projects e.g. warranties, retention, handover of new stores, upgrades.Provide effective and regular communication and support to Store Development, Retail support, Risk Management, Operations, Health & Safety, Compliance, and Loss Prevention teams.To be considered for this role:Technical or trade-related background with multi-site management experienceProven track record in exceptional customer serviceExperience in managing service contracts and multiple suppliersSuperior communication and people management skillsProficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reportsIf you would like the opportunity to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.City is an Equal Opportunity Employer who supports and encourages the diverse needs of each individual Team Member. #J-18808-Ljbffr
