We are passionate about providing elite Physiotherapy services to help our patients achieve their desired performance goals.About the job:Quantum Performance is seeking an experienced Sports & Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our high-performance clinic. We are committed to providing elite physiotherapy services to athletes, active individuals, those recovering from surgery or people in the community simply wanting to improve their performance.Position: Sports & Orthopaedic PhysiotherapistLocation: PEAQ Performance CentreEmployment Type: Part time (growing to full time hours)Key Responsibilities:Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for MSK, sports and orthopaedic conditions.Develop tailored rehabilitation programs to optimise recovery and enhance performance.Work closely with athletes, sports teams/organisations, and active individuals to prevent injuries and improve movement efficiency.Collaborate with Surgeons, Doctors, Podiatrists, S&C Coaches, Exercise Physiologists, Nutritionist/Dietitians to deliver excellence in integrated patient care.Conduct hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, pain education and other evidence-based modalities.Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and overall wellness strategies.Maintain accurate documentation and reports to ensure high standards of patient care.Oversee and deliver sports physiotherapy services in team and event coverage.Work within both private practice clinic(s) and hospital inpatient settings.Must be able to work independently, efficiently and effectively.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor''s or Masters degree in Physiotherapy.Registration with AHPRA.Professional Indemnity Insurance.National Police Check / DCSI Screening.Working With Childrens Check (WWCC).Drivers license.Key Criteria:3+ years experience in MSK, sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy within private practice (people with less than 3 years experience are encouraged to apply, however this is not a new graduate role).Strong manual therapy and rehabilitation skills.Strong exercise prescription and programming skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for helping individuals achieve their peak physical performance.What We Offer:A positive, supportive and collaborative work environment.A network of industry leading Allied Health practitioners to work with.Professional development tailored to you, including access to multiple Allied Health PD events.Personalised career progression based on your strengths and interests.Access to state-of-the-art clinic, gym, sports science and rehabilitation equipment.Competitive salary package.Work with a diverse range of clients, from elite athletes to early post operative patients and the active community.If you are dedicated to making a difference in the field of sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy, wed love to hear from you!How to Apply:Send your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience and skillset to David Heyneman at admin@quantumperformance.com.au.
