Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$70,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yrDrake is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our client, a leading family-owned food business delivering premium meat and seafood globally. This role will lead the production team in the food services and wholesale meat industry.If you have a passion for meat processing, a strong background in planning and supervision, and a commitment to workplace safety, we want you on their team!Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily production activities in a fast-paced environment.Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Oversee meat and butchery operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.Lead, train, and motivate production staff to meet performance and quality targets.Monitor and enforce Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and Injury Management (IM) regulations.Resolve production issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.Required Qualifications:Butchery Certificate III (essential).Solid experience in the meat or food processing industry.Proven experience in planning, rostering, supervision, and team management.Strong understanding of WHS & IM regulations and best practices.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in food production, we''d love to hear from you!OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY & INCLUSIONAt Drake, we are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity.
