Today, we roast coffee for the best independent cafs in the world.About the roleOur Roastery is the heart of our business and is run by a crew who are hardworking, no fuss and passionate about coffee. Youll join the team to:Roast and pack coffee beansDrive and deliver beans to our customers across Melbourne, ensuring the very best Allpress experience through supporting our customers where possible and liaising with our Tech, Training and Customer teams.Pack and prepare customer ordersMaintain a meticulous hygiene standard in the roastery and warehouseAbout youIdeally, youll come from a Roastery, distribution or barista background and be someone passionate about coffee who loves working as part of a team and wants to develop their career in the industry.
